My wife and I stumbled upon Chill Nitro while walking around downtown Winston-Salem today, and we’re so glad we did! Not only are guests treated to a spectacular show as their ice cream is “created” using chilled, pressurized nitrogen gas, but the experience itself is something truly unique... It's almost like watching a spell being cast straight out of Harry Potter! And the ice cream? Absolutely decadent, loaded with the toppings you request, and bursting with incredible flavor. The combination of the presentation, quality, and taste is hard to beat. If you’re anywhere in the area, Chill Nitro is an absolute must-visit. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it, and I’m already looking forward to going back!

We walked in and the atmosphere was great, there were people laughing enjoying their ice creams, desserts, and shakes. We walked up to the counter and were greeted with a friendly face and attitude. We were curious how the ordering worked and they explained it so well. I ordered a large chocolate ice cream with extra marshmallow drizzle and my daughter ordered the same thing but in a small. It was fun to watch them make it and the other worker was friendly answering any questions we had on the process. We received our ice cream and it was amazing! We loved it so much that we went back the next night to get it again! 10 outta 10!

Great experience! We will definitely return when we are in town. Loved that they offer a variety of games, activities, and a coloring station for kids or whomever else to enjoy during their visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The menu is very extensive. We tried a vanilla shake with sprinkles and "the duke and I" latte, both were great!

Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Not only does the ice cream look cool to make, but it tastes DELICIOUS! I come by every once in a while just to try their new flavors of the month 😋 They also have a wide variety of coffees, dirty sodas, and even liquor-infused ice cream… I know where I’m going for my 21st… Not only that but the staff is always friendly and working hard to get the orders out as fast as they can. Caroline, the owner, is also such a sweetheart and you can tell she cares deeply about this place, always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by, you might even find a bingo or trivia night in progress!

If I could give it a 10 I would. Please go and be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it. This is such a unique ice cream and coffee shop. The atmosphere is so fun and kid friendly. Ask them and they will mix alcohol in your ice cream. The banana pudding with double shot of banana liquor is delicious. Tip them good because they are so busy and working hard
